So here we are with some more amazing places to visit, amazing things to do. These are the things you should be doing if you are in DELHI.

1. Humayun’s Tomb

Humayun’s tomb is sublimely well proportioned, seeming to float above its symmetrical gardens. It's thought to have completely inspired the Taj Mahal, which it predates by 60 years. Constructed for the Mughal emperor in the mid-16th century by Haji Begum, Humayun's Persian-born wife, the tomb marries Persian and Mughal elements, with restrained decoration enhancing the architecture. The arched facade is inlaid with bands of white marble and red sandstone, and the building follows strict rules of Islamic geometry, with an emphasis on the number eight.

This last refuge of Mughal Emperor Humayun reminds rather of a luxurious palace, than a tomb. Located in the eastern part of Dehli, it is one of the best preserved Mughal monuments. This spellbinding mausoleum is the first example of Mughal architecture in India. This was also the place where the last Mughal emperor, Bahadur Shah Zafar, took refuge before being captured and exiled by the British in 1857.

2. Hazrat Nizam-ud-din Dargah

Visiting the marble shrine of Muslim Sufi saint Nizam-ud-din Auliya is Delhi's most mystical, magical experience, Nizamuddin Auliya, attracts Sufi devotees from across the world. On Thursday evenings, its courtyard erupts with the soulful sound of live qawwalis(Sufi devotional songs) accompanied by traditional Indian instruments, which serenade the audience into a trance. One of the families that perform the qawwalis has been singing there for hundreds of years.

Nizamuddin Dargah is located in the Nizamuddin West neighborhood of New Delhi, surrounded by a bustling market, near Humayun’s Tomb. Get there just before sunset. Prepare to walk through alleyways and face large crowds, and touts and beggars if you're a foreigner. Do dress conservatively and you may wish bring something to cover your head with (although it's not compulsory if you only enter the courtyard). You'll need to take off your shoes just before you go inside.

3. Visit Delhi Folk Artists

Underneath the Shadipur Depot bridge in west Delhi, there's a slum called Kathputli Colony. It's home to around 800 folk artists, many of whom have represented India at shows abroad. Magicians, acrobats, mime artists, puppeteers, jugglers, folk singers, and traditional dancers are just some of the performers who live in the colony. Yet, the colony's time is limited. It's undergoing redevelopment and the artists will be relocated to a temporary transit camp nearby while construction goes on. For many of the artists, who belong to lower castes, life has been tough. However, they bring joy to so many through their work.

4. Shake a leg at Raahgiri Day

‘Apni Raahein, Apni Azaadi’– that’s the motto of the campaign started by Times of India in Delhi last year. It is now one of the most amazingly fun things to do in Delhi. Conducted every sunday morning at various locations of Delhi NCR, it attracts a huge number of people that comes in to claim the streets of the city as their own. Numerous activities takes place for the audience and big acts such as Euphoria (the Indian rock band) has come to perform at Raahgiri.

5. Visit Soda Bottle Opener Wala

Sodabottleopnerwala Whoever thought of this was a genius. Converting a traditional normal concept to a full blown restaurant needs some imagination. On top of it, trying to be as true to the original cuisine while at times giving it a twist, was quite cool as well. Thank god someone thought of doing something different. This place emulates the Iranian cafes of Mumbai, and the food is authentic Persian, including vegetable berry pulav, mixed-berry trifle and lagan nu custer (Parsi wedding custard).

6. Indian Mountaineering Foundation

Bored of films, food and coffee? Then head to one of the most fun places in Delhi – the Indian Mountaineering Foundation! Famous for adventurous and fun activities in Delhi, the sport climbing wall should definitely not be missed! It has anything and everything you would want to do on a fun-tastic day out. The activity is available from Tuesday to Sunday. The timings are 9.00 a.m to 1.00 p.m and 4.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. The cost per person per session is INR 150 /-.

7. National Gallery of Modern Art

Museums are a passé but this modern gallery is not! Spend a day exploring not just the fantastic locations but also the breathtaking art that the city has at its disposal. 9. Visit Bahai House of Worship

Among the numerous recognizable landmarks which are scattered all around Delhi is the remarkable Lotus Temple. Designed in the shape of a sacred lotus flower, there are 27 flower petals which are constructed of marble and make up the structure. This architectural masterpiece was designed by Iranian-Canadian architect Fariburz Sahba in 1986. The temple was created to bring faiths together; visitors are invited to pray or meditate silently according to their own beliefs. The attached visitor centre tells the story of the Bahai faith. Photography is prohibited inside the temple.

10. Hauz Khas Village

The historical complex of Hauz Khas (originally known as Hauz-e-Alai) is an ancient community of ruins which includes a mosque, various tombs.A fort overlooking a beautiful lake, a Deer park, lanes dotted with cafes, bookstores, art galleries and boutiques and many other.

Hauz Khas Village, located surrounding the entrance of the ruins, is an upscale outdoor shopping area filled with boutique stores, high end restaurants, and cafes.
